Welcome to Salts Restaurant, the latest concept from co-owners Gabriel
Bremer and Analia Verolo. Gabriel, executive chef, has been receiving
rave reviews since his days as lead line cook for Portland, Maine's
renowned Fore Street Restaurant. After opening his own restaurant,
Gabriel's, in Portland to rousing success, he moved to Massachusetts
and worked with kitchen luminary Jody Adams of Rialto. Analia, general
manager, has been working in the front of the house since 1998.
Her knowledge has been honed through stints at Fore Street Restaurant,
Harvest, and Hamersley's Bistro. Together, the team will ensure the
happiness of their guests at Salts.
